1. About REVA Signature

REVA Signature organizes private yacht charter experiences on the French Riviera, including departures from Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Nice, Antibes, and surrounding destinations.

All charter requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting an enquiry through the website, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Each booking request is reviewed individually.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after written confirmation has been issued by REVA Signature, generally within 24 hours of the request.

3. Availability

All yacht charters are subject to vessel availability, weather conditions, operational constraints, and final confirmation.

REVA Signature reserves the right to decline a booking request if the requested yacht or service is unavailable.

4. Charter Services

Charter durations, itineraries, departure locations, and onboard services may vary according to the selected yacht and the specific agreement confirmed with the client.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days before departure

Amounts paid will be refunded in full, less any banking fees incurred and a fixed administrative fee of €50.

Cancellation less than 30 days before departure

No refund shall be granted.

However, a rescheduling of the charter may be offered, subject to the yacht owner's availability and mutual agreement.

6. Force Majeure and Weather Conditions

In the event of exceptional weather conditions, serious unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or any event beyond the reasonable control of the client or REVA Signature, the charter may be postponed.

In such cases, no refund shall be due. A replacement date will be proposed subject to availability.

Any fuel advance previously paid shall be refunded where applicable.

7. Modification of Charter Dates

Any modification to a confirmed charter date is subject to prior approval and availability.

REVA Signature and the yacht owner reserve the right to accept or refuse requested changes.

8. Client Cancellation

If the client cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, amounts already paid remain due and non-refundable except where expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Non-Use of the Yacht

The full charter price remains payable whether or not the client chooses to use the yacht during the reserved period.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Respect all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.

  • Comply with applicable maritime regulations.

  • Behave responsibly throughout the charter.

  • Avoid any conduct that may endanger passengers, crew, or the vessel.

The captain retains full authority regarding navigation and onboard safety decisions.

11. Liability

REVA Signature acts as an organizer of yacht charter services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVA Signature shall not be liable for delays, route changes, weather-related disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Website Information

Descriptions, photographs, yacht specifications, and itineraries displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only and may be modified without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of REVA SIGNATURE.
